Will you use 2nd hand components?
No. We never used it, this is absolutely forbidden and impossible in our company. Brand influence is most important in our company, it help us accumulate more and more long term cooperative customers. We have strickly selective on sub-suppliers, and only used whom are signed Quality Assurance Agreement with us and we will have 100% IQC inspection to keep original and high quality boards.
Is any possible we can ahead of delivery time？
Yes. Speed is always the most important core competitiveness of PCBasm. This is also the reason why many of our customers have been very satisfied with us for 15 years since our establishment. For samples, if materials are ready, we can finish within 8hours. For small batch less than 1000pcs, if materials are ready, we can finish within 1 days. Could you pls send us files so we can review asap and give you best reply?
When we found defective boards, how you dealing with it?
We are a reliable factory, we produce the boards so we will must responsible for them. If have defective boards, firstly we need to learn how is the defective? If necessary pls ship the boards to us so our engineer with analysis them and give you reply asap. To avoid it, we suggest doing funactional testing before shipping, which can guarantee soldering quality and also function.

Do you provide PCB design?
Our company has some highly educated professional designers who can help you design PCBA, and at the same time we also can help you optimize the costs and create more value for your project.
What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are flexible and can be adjusted according to your needs. Usually, 100% prepayment for small amount of samples, 50% prepayment + 50% before shipment for medium amount. As the order volume increases, we can negotiate the specific payment method.
Is there an option for assembly with some parts sent by us？
Yes, of course. We are a factory that focuse on customer experience and is committed to providing customers with the best service in the industry, so we are very happy to support you according to your requirements.
What is the price for your product? and Minimum order?
As a Turnkey PCB assembly service manufactuer, we offer tailored services and competitive pricing based on your product files (Gerber, BOM, etc.). No MOQ – We support both prototype and mass production.
Is functional testing available?
Yes, functional testing is available as an optional service, tailored to your specific requirements. Please share the test requirement and procedures ect with us. Our engineers will design a customized test fixture/program if needed.
Can you provide finished product assembly service?
Yes, we provide complete finished product assembly services including PCB assembly, mechanical integration，final testing & packaging. Please share the assembly references with us.
How to make payment if we place the order online?
Clink on “Payment”, Select your preferred “payment method” (Credit Card, PayPal, Pingpong (Bank Transfer, etc.).Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the transaction.

How do you ensure quality?
Our high quality standard is achieved with the following.
- All production processes are strictly controlled under ISO 9001:2015 and IPC-A-610 standards.
- High precision testing equipments and tools. E.g. Flying Probe, 100% Inline Solder Paste Inspection, First Article QA inspection done on every job, 100% 3D X-ray Inspection, AOI (Automated Optical Inspector), PCBA FPT(Flying Probe Testing), ICT (in-circuit testing) etc.
- Dedicated quality assurance team with failure case analysis process.

What is your typical lead time for PCBA orders, and what factors could cause delays?
Our standard lead time is 1day~1week for orders with all components in stock. Potential delays may occur due to:
- Long-lead components (e.g., specialized ICs)
- Custom PCB fabrication requirements
- Extended quality testing for mission-critical applications
- We provide weekly production updates and early warnings about any schedule changes.
